It all started with converting a commercially zoned home just outside Duluth, MN into the small business oasis it is now. The foundation is a private, peaceful, relaxing & cozy space that makes everyone feel welcome. We enhanced the overall experience by remodeling it to be what it is today and we’re still not done, so come grow with us!
Today TLC is a modern, open, bright and clean space. The modern-minimalist aesthetic provides a beautifully fresh start for your business. While the neutral, earthy colors and surrounding nature create a grounding, relaxing environment.

You must be your own business owner, operating lawfully as is required for your profession and services. Proof of licensing required. This is not a commission or employee position, it’s commercial space for lease. I HIGHLY recommend understanding the difference between the risks of a sole proprietorship vs LLC.
